This new material uses thermoplastic
elastomers as per ISI Specification 8887-95 and as per SP-53
respectively.
These products have ISI
registration and have recently been awarded by DGS & D
contract bearing no. OC-4/RC-10060302/082003/BE/2003-2004/JBS/COAC/409/AMDT.
No.1212, dt. 06.11.2003. They also have C.R.R.I. Test Certificate
for Cationic Bitumen and Polymer Modified Bitumen.

"HI-FIX"
is the brand name of "Cationic Bitumen Emulsions" is marketed by KAILASH HARDWARE CORPORATION.
There are three types
of Bitumen Emulsions used for road construction classified as "RAPID
SETTING", "MEDIUM SETTING" AND "SLOW
SETTING" with different characteristics of breaking and
setting time.

in the process of "Cold Mix" and "Hot Mix"
surfacing and the application technique of "Emulsion and Polymer

Facilities Provided:

"HI-FIX"
in "M S drum" may be dispatched by road or rail as per the customers choice. But
our advice is to avoid rail transportation so as to protect breakage due to the
frequency of
loading and unloading. A full truck load of material booked up to the
delivery point / site / store is the safest means of transport. The
'Hi-Fix' will be supplied in
"M.S. grade" 200 kg new sound drums.
